Identity verification data
banka.cash, a DNL System product, asks Didit to perform identity checks. The current Free KYC workflow may process the identity document you submit, a selfie and liveness capture, face-match data, and device/IP risk signals. Didit is the verification provider. banka.cash receives the session reference and verification status.
Didit's application-level verification-session retention is configured to one year. Didit says session data is automatically deleted when that period ends, subject to any earlier deadline required by law. This setting does not define how long banka.cash keeps account records. For requests about your banka.cash account record, contact @bankacash_bot.
